Specifications

This vintage knife has been refinished and sharpened. The wood handle has been lightly sanded and refinished with linseed oil. The blade has been lightly sanded and polished. I hand sharpened the knife on a a Japanese whetstone (1000 grit) to a sharpening angle of 17 deg per side, so the knife will arrive sharp. Please check out my other kitchen knives for sale on EBay.
